Video playback issue - "Green Screen"

Flash player version: 11.7.700.202

OS Platform: Windows 8 (64-bit)

Internet Explorer 10

Videos show "green screen".  When trying to view the "Adobe Settings", per help topics, I do not see the "screen option"; furthermore,  I can only view videos in 240p and nothing higher.

Options I have tried and/or verified:

1.  Internet options - Advanced options - Accelerated graphics - Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering

• (Whether this options is checked or not, nothing changes)

• (close browser, open new one after cheking box or not, nothing changes)

2.  Right click on video - Settings - Adobe flash player settings.

• (No display option available)

3.  Internet options - Manage add-ons - Shockwave flash object - enabled.

• (Enabled, nothing changes)

Q:What is the problem and how do I fix this?
