I am unable to reinstall Adobe flash player 11 on my Acer aspire one netbook, it uses windows starter 7 and IE10, I lost use of it when I removed google chrome, everytime I go t the Adobe or Java website and try to download it it only saves the install files but won't open them, windows security keeps poppping up and stopping them from being opened, and I have disabled all the activex filters and everything, what do i do? It wn't let me play Youtube videos!
