Windows 8 + Flash player problem

hello,

I just install windows 8 to my desktop pc and flash player lags and the sound cracks/tremble or whatever due to high usage of cpu.

System Info:

OS//     Windows 8 pro x64 version

CPU//     Pentium Dual-Core 2,6 GHz

RAM//     4 GB

I try open youtube song same time while i am playing a facebook game and PC lags.Or when i try change tabs the same.

Never had such problem on windows 7

I tried with all browsers with latest flash player...I installed older version of flash player...hardware acceleration on/off but the problem still exists.

And pc is fresh.No programs installed..

Please help me find a solution
