Is this a real flash player update warning?

Just a few hours ago,  my safari started having problems. First with Facebook, then google, and finally youtube. Actually, there are only a few websites now that safari can open.  Every time i try to  connect to one of these sites, it takes me to a different site, where it says that i need to install “flash player pro” .  I click on both links of the site (install &  remind me later), and both of them start quickly downloading a file: “setup.exe”. I can’t open this file on my mac, I don't know why (I guess is a file that is suposed to be opened on Windows. I tried to open this file  with WinZip Mac but nothing happened, so I can’t install it). I came to your website to check if  Flash wasn’t installed on my computer and it says that I have the latest version and everything is ok. I already downloaded Mozilla firefox to check if it was only happening in Safari, but it says the same. What should I do?  I can't surf many websites now because of this "Warning". I think it is a fraudulent website, I dont really know.
