ok this is driving me crazy....everything runs on flash and I cannot get it to install....I try to upload the error and it kicks me out. This is annoying to all hell:

Now no matter what I click, it deletes the downloaded file. I go back in to download it and install...same damn error. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
