Windows 8.1, IE 11. Says I need to update my flashplayer, and when I go to site it says it is working and installed. I have tried as much as I know to try, and have looked on line for a solution with no luck. Any ideas. It used to say it on You Tube, and now it does not. I tried to get into games on FB and it says needs to be updated.
