My OS is Windows 8 and my browser is Mozilla Firefox 26. I have the Flash Player 12.0.0.44 but I cannot play any videos in Facebook or You Tube. Also when I come to download software Windows 8 won`t let me and says I must contact the software publisher for a version for my PC, which seems very strange. I am a bit of a novice with computers to be honest so any info will be much appreciated thank you.
