I have followed every instructions on this website. My videos stopped working about a week ago. I don't understand why but the sound would play, the screen would be green. I started doing everything adobe told me to on this website and now my videos don't work at all. It says I need to upload the newest verison but I have the newest. I have Windows 8 and I even redownloaded it. I have the shock player enabled. I don't get what is wrong. Any help?
