I get a pop up screen in Google Chrome everyday. It is a yellow triangle with and exclimation 
mark in it. It says to update my media player click here to continue. I get them all the time, everyday for the last 3 months. They have came from several different web addresses but the most common one is from

Is this safe? It brings me to the Adobe Flash Player download page. Now I have this through Chrome. Why does it keep sending me this and any way to make it stop. Since this issue my pdf files through adobe no longer want to open in my email. Norton shows no viruses so I have no idea what is going on. Any help would be greatly appreciated. And yes all my adobe programs are up to date on all the updates.
