Some sites ... can't turn on sound (both browsers). Others OK. Running 11.8.800.94, XP, Firefox 23.0.1, IE 8. Fix?
Note: the sound icon is non-responsive. Historically, when I hovered over the icon, the sound volume displayed and I could adjust it. Now, the volume doesn't display (nothing to adjust).
