Hello,
I am using an online research server called Dedoose. Every time I try to access the "media" button, which gives access to thousands of downloaded word documents on the database, the server crashes and gives an error message that "Shockwave played crashed" and the whole server crashes. I have downloaded the most recent version of Shockwave and the problem persists. It occurs on my computer which is a pc using Windows 8 as well as on other macs. Does anyone have any suggestions? Is it a problem with Shockwave or with the online database?
